Referee fees:
U8/9/10 is $20 per coach for 2 refs so each ref gets $20. If we are only able to get one ref, each coach pays $10 (each team pays the ref $10). If two refs, each get a total of $20 per game for one game. If one ref, the ref gets a total of $20 per game.
U11/12 is $20 from each coach but if we have three refs then it goes to $30 each coach and they make 20/20/20.
